Licensing Process

The FSC licensing process typically takes 8-12 weeks for Investment Advisor applications. PrimeLuxe manages the full application including business plan preparation, financial projections, compliance framework documentation, and regulatory liaison.

Capital Adequacy

Each Investment Advisor category has specific minimum capital adequacy requirements set by the FSC. PrimeLuxe advises on structuring the entity to meet these requirements efficiently while minimising locked capital.

Ongoing Compliance

Investment Advisor licence holders must submit annual audited financial statements, compliance officer reports, and FSC returns. PrimeLuxe provides comprehensive ongoing compliance support across all three licence categories.

Personnel Requirements

The FSC requires Investment Advisors to employ qualified and experienced investment professionals. Minimum qualifications and experience thresholds vary by licence type. All key persons require FSC approval prior to appointment.
